Loan and credit card assistance.

A loan or credit card payment deferral is an arrangement between a lender and borrower that allows the borrower to postpone their loan payment temporarily. Loan payment deferral is available for:

  • Auto Loans
  • Credit Cards
  • Home Equity Lines of Credit
  • Home Equity Loans (Second Mortgages)
  • Personal Loans
  • Overdraft Lines of Credit
  • Second Mortgages

There’s no fee for this deferment. When your deferment is approved, please make sure to stop any automatic payments to your loan either from another bank/credit union or Elevations.

MORTGAGE

Mortgage forbearance

Forbearance is an agreement between a homeowner and mortgage lender, allowing the homeowner to pause or reduce mortgage payments for a limited time during a financial struggle or disaster. A forbearance could impact your credit report, so it is important to understand the impacts of a forbearance agreement. Mortgage forbearance is available for:

About the Elevations Wildfire Relief Fund

The Elevations Wildfire Relief Fund was launched by Elevations Foundation to aid individuals and families who are displaced by the wildfires in Boulder and Larimer counties. The Foundation is partnering with local agencies that are delivering funds and support to those displaced by the wildfires. Our goal is to raise a total of $200,000, with Elevations Credit Union committing to $100,000 through matching donations.

Elevations Credit Union and Elevations Foundation have the financial resources and fundraising capabilities to be of service to those in need. We focus financial support within our local community, and we believe it is important to help our neighbors.
