We are welcoming you back to our branches with no appointment needed. Our Front Range branches look a little different now with the latest health and safety measures in place, but one thing hasn’t changed — we’re here to help you as your local, member-owned financial institution.

How it works:

  1. Select a branch below and schedule an appointment.
  2. We’ll give you a call to confirm your appointment and ask if you’d like to meet in our branch or online with a Zoom meeting. If you’d like to meet online, you’ll get a link to your Zoom meeting — Zoom is free, secure and available on any device. When you use Zoom, you have the option to share your screen with a Financial Solutions Guide. We can help you set up online banking and show you helpful online banking tools.
  3. We look forward to serving you at your appointment!
    We’re working very hard to keep our members and employees safe right now. We ask that you please schedule an online appointment rather than a branch visit if you've experienced any of the following in the last 15 days:

    • You've had a fever, difficulty breathing, a cough or other cold symptoms
    • You’ve had contact with anyone suspected of having or confirmed as having COVID-19
    • You’ve traveled outside of Colorado to anywhere with a travel advisory in place

What is the Paycheck Protection Program?

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act includes funds designated to help small businesses. Called the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), this initiative is a $349 billion loan program that provides 100% federally guaranteed loans to small businesses through lenders like Elevations.

The SBA may forgive these loans if all employees are kept on the payroll for eight weeks and the money is used for payroll, rent, mortgage interest, or utilities. Loan terms and forgiveness are determined by the SBA and the same for all borrowers, regardless of their lender. Can my business apply?

At this time, we are accepting applications from current Elevations business members who were Elevations business members as of April 3, 2020 or before, and are in good standing.

Current eligible businesses include all sole proprietorships and small businesses — including 501(c)3 nonprofits, veterans organizations, and Tribal business concerns — with 500 or fewer employees. Additionally, there are special eligibility rules for businesses in the accommodation and food services sector (NAICS 72). Starting on Friday, April 10, self-employed individuals and independent contractors may also apply. Please review eligibility on the SBA’s website.

Commonly Asked Questions

The health and safety of our members and employees is still our most important consideration, and we are following all local, state and federal guidelines to serve you in our branches. Here’s what you can expect when you visit a branch.

Social distancing:

  • We are limiting the number of members in each branch, so we may ask to you to wait outside or in your car
  • Please keep 6 feet from others
  • Certain amenities are unavailable right now, including our coffee bars and restrooms

Personal protective equipment (PPE):

  • We’ve installed plexiglass shields at all teller stations and desks
  • Our employees will be wearing face coverings
  • We require that members also wear face coverings

Frequent and thorough cleaning:

  • We thoroughly clean and sanitize all locations daily, including the use of fogging
  • We disinfect all surfaces after each member leaves

We are taking a number of other measures as we monitor COVID-19 recommendations, which include:

  • Conducting daily temperature checks of our employees
  • Building awareness with all of our employees around preventing the spread of diseases
  • Suspending non-essential business travel until further notice and strongly discouraging personal travel
  • Urging any employees who don’t feel well to stay home and offering 14 days of catastrophe pay to any employee directly impacted by COVID-19
  • Emphasizing resources our employees already have available, like access to quality mental health care through our Employee Assistance Program
  • Enabling staff to work remotely whenever possible
  • Providing regular updates to our staff

Senior hour at Elevations is designed to help protect those in our Front Range communities who have been identified as most vulnerable to COVID-19 by national health authorities, while making sure our members can bank with us when and where they prefer.

Members who are 60+ have first access to our branches on weekdays from 8:30-9:30 a.m.

  • When you arrive at your Elevations branch, please have your ID on hand showing that you’re 60+
  • An Elevations team member will check your ID at the door
  • No more than three members are allowed in the branch at a time to ensure social distancing
  • If you have a caretaker, he or she may visit the branch with you
  • Elevations team members will clean and sanitize teller stations between members 

Members who are 60+ may also visit our branches during regular branch hours or schedule service appointments in advance. Senior hour is an additional option for members 60+.

We have drive-thru banking available at the following branches for your convenience, from Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.:
